Help Needed Overclocking on FX-8350

I am having a hard time overclocking. Not sure whats wrong but the board couldn't boot at 4.8GHZ 1.5V. But when I lover Vcore to 1.45V it can boot but cannot run Prime95.

I tried 4GHz 1.5V can boot but the min I run Prime95 system just hang immediately.

4GHz @ default voltage works fine.

I don't think its PSU issue though. Below is my config

FX-8350
Crosshair V Formula Z 2002 BIOS
2 x 4GB DDR3 1600
R9 290
Seasonic X760 PSU

Found the problem! After searching around on the net, its due to the HPC option in the BIOS. I have to enable it. Now its priming at 4.8GHz....lol....
