Help needed regarding a Synology NAS

Good day all,

I am using a Synology DS1513. My laptop is connected to the router via wireless and the issue is, I can map network drives but am unable to open excel files. It will always prompt unable to open "filename". The connection to it is also very slow.

However when I connect via lan cable, everything is fine.

Any solution for this?

Check if your filename got special/chinese characters.
If so, use LAN connection to change the filename.
