To all gurus, i need some help pls.

currently i'm on my laptop, ACER ASPIRE 4830TG.
2.8GHz
GT 540M
4GB DDR3 Memory

time to time when i play d3 online, it lags when there are many mobs in one screen.

what seems to be the prob and should I upgrade my laptop or build a new rig.
