Help! No display signal

Hi, recently my computer just suddenly refuses to work properly. The monitor cannot detect any signal at all. I tried connecting my pc to my tv with a HDMI cable but still no signal. Its probably not the GPU's problem coz I tried connecting it straight to the mainboard but same thing. Any idea what could be the problem? Damaged mainboard? Thanks for any help that I can get! Urs gfx has hdmi? U will enable ur mb VGA.. Try a diff monitor.. If still can't likely gfx gone..

check make sure GPU and RAM are seated in their places correctly. else the 'no signal' will just keep flashing. If really in doubt check LEDs on the motherboard when booting up. Which pc part did the confirmation LED not light up? That could be the problem.

Don't leave out the cables, they are possibly part of the problem.

everytime i get this is always when i decided to reseat all my hardware... and realise, actually i dint plug in the 2 PCI-E power to my GPU.. LOL. check for that!

Yea, it includes a HDMI port. I actually disconnected my gfx card before plugging my monitor/tv straight into the mainboard. So I think it may not be the gfx card.

Reseated both rams and reconnected all power cables but still no video signal leh. Tried with another monitor too. Damn

Hi TS, the position of mobo LED lights are dependent of mobo model. Anyway, it should be at side or centre of mobo.

U tried connecting your gfx card to another mobo?

Got try with another cable? My brother's comp recently got into the same problem and I thought it was the GPU problem but after thinking for awhile I changed the DVI cable and poof it works again. (Tried using another monitor at first with another cable but it didn't work too, idk why it didn't work at first.)

It's either the GPU or the monitor causing problem...
Test it out if u got a spare one.

Got any beep sound when you start up?? You using what GPU?? Ya sometimes might be cable problem too. You should try the VGA cables, i always use that to boot up then install my drivers etc then change to hdmi again!
