Only if you have a US shipping address to deliver. Freight forwarder's addresses are mostly blocked and will result in cancellation post-order.

Yes, but dont forget to factor in the cost of shipping from ur own US address to Singapore.

The cheaper pricing are offset by the shipping cost, save for a few items on sale and the clearance section

Buy in local store at Orchard OR get your friend who is visiting USA soon to buy for you.
