I would be playing BF4, D3, Dota2, MMORPG and would like to play it in very high or ultra settings, would love to build it for future games too.

i would be re-using the following components.
HDD
ODD
Would not need monitor, mouse, keyboard and windows.

Possible with 3350p, some cheap board, Fsp hexa, 280x, but will exceed like maybe $100, hahaha sorry using mobile hard to check

If you're going to do BF4 at ultra settings, I would really suggest the r9 280x in order to hit 60 fps comfortably without high amounts of AA. This will probably add on another $80 to your budget (saw a powercolor r9 280x for $420)

Based on Jian's recommendation, i would drop down the cpu budget and just go for a i3-4130 with the ASRock B85m hds for ~$240. The i3 isn't going to bottle neck your gpu at these settings so not to worry. I would also drop the power supply to the FSP hexa 500w model for ~$60. You don't really need to pay the premium for a 80+ gold rating.

If you want to trim the budget even more look at getting a crucial m500 120GB and a CM n200 chasis.
