Help on computer restarting when playing game

Hi all

I having problem with my computer restarting by itself when playing game like Dota 2 or NBA 2k17. My computer specs are as follow:

I5-3470 3.20GHz
Sapphire Raedon Vapor-X R9 280X 3G D5
8 GB RAM

Anyone can advise me what may be the potential issues for the PC?

there quite a few reasons lol. like mobo, gpu,psu, ram or maybe some parts spoil.

can u list more stuff???

since when u have this issues? can try to monitor for few days and see?

next can check the temp of your pc and voltage output by the psu.

1. Started since last weekend. Issue only occurs when i play game. Initally only happens when i play more graphic intensive games(NBA 2k17), now when i play dota, it do occurs also. What progamme can i use to check my pc and voltage output?

if that is so, try using onboard gpu to test it.

next can download hwiinfo to check.

Well even though its power and temp but I prefer u screenshot everything for us to see.

Dont have lol! Anyway how did you see the problem lies with PSU?

+3.3v : 2.2v
+12v : 4v

dunno which one is your +5v and -12v.

anyway if it's not within the so called standard range. it fails in some point.

but which psu were u using?

PSU reading go check in bios, more accurate.....

Could be Motherboard , psu or even gpu or ram .

Should start by installing newer drivers for gpu/motherboard 1st .

Then troubleshoot each hardware individually .

Your psu values looks weird compared to normal tolerances though .

better check if you connected the psu correctly to the mb.
