Help on electives!!!

Hi I'm wondering if it's ok if I didn't clear any GER-PEs in my first year? Will I be able to finish clearing them in the subsequent years? This is because I wasn't allocated the GER-PE courses on waitlist and the most of the rest of the GER-PEs clashes with my timetable...

You should be alright.
You can also consider clearing the GER-PEs overseas on GEM discoverer (summer school) or GEM explorer(sem exchange)
