Please help me in getting some information about IT certs

I came across Lithan Hall, I not sure if its a good school or not,
they offer for IT diploma:

IT Service Management
IT Project Management
Advance Network
Install & Configure Server
Administer Server
Configure Advanced Server

at the end i only will get SOAs

my questions is SOAs recognised in singapore?does MNCs recognised ?

they all said that
At the end of this course students can pursue for industry certification (need to pay on their own) and attain the following:
Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA)
ITIL Foundation Certification
PMP and CAPM Certification
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

So meaning i attend their diploma and i go through their trianings,
at the end i still have to take the exams again from other schools
to get the real certs?

and another question:

is lithan hall good? is their trianers good?

I wanted to be a network engineer, so I just need to take
solely on network courses right? the rest not relevant?
so if I take it would be a waste of time?

there is also ntuc learning hub, which one is better? ntuc learning hub or lithan hall?

there is new horizon and net assists ,
i think they dun have funding from WDA?

please enlighten me thanks

The WSQ qualifications are recognise by local industry only, if you are considering overseas careers, it will be better for you to go for the more expensive vendor-base qualifications.
To be a network engineer, you may take reference from,
- Job Detail
After clicking the link, scroll down to the end of the page to see the relevant courses for a network engineer role.

For other job roles, search here,
- Search Job Role

Many times WSQ trainers are shared across different institute, but I doubt there are much choices to choose from.
You may want to visit the institution to see the study environment, I believe most higher quality WSQ-accredited institutions have moved to the 2 new CET Campuses,
- CET Campuses

If the WSQ route is too complex & new for you, then you may want to consider the Part-Time ITE & Poly CET route,
