I created a thread in EDMW to get faster responses, but someone said to post in the correct forum, so I guess should be under here.
Hi, need help on this. From a while back, I encountered the error below:
Iphone 6 plus not jailbroken
ITunes current version - 12.1.3.6
Iphone IOS current version - 10.1.1 (14B100)
I want to solve this issue this week as I am aiming to import some music and tv shows into my phone.
Do I update ITunes first? Or do I reinstall ITunes?
Do I update IOS first?
If after updating, the error still persists, how?
Seems like the issue is my Iphone library is either corrupted, or got some small error, causing Itunes issue.
I can use a 3rd party program to import my music and videos into VLC app on my iphone, but I do not wish to exacerbate the issue for now.
