not much different between those 3 since all 3 running the same chipsets...at most some have hdmi/vga/dvi/dp on the board.

i think probably asus SG nv bring in those B150 supporting DDR4

as for psu just get superflower ledex.

I would say bazooka/mortar > gigabyte b150m d3h
Seems like the only diff between bazooka and mortar is 1 or 2 pcie x16 slot (gpu slot), maybe in the future can crossfire

Reviews seems better for msi, and when I asked for my own pc build people recommended msi (build got cancelled, rip, maybe nov/dec then can try again)
In the end it's your personal preference, both are on par with each other
