HELP! pc wont turn on!

Just assembled the pc and it wont turn on. I read online to test the power sw by shorting it with a screwdriver but it still wont switch on. Is it the psu problem?

Asrock b75 pro 3m
Adata 8gb ram
Fsp hexa 500
I3 3220 intel.

Any suggestions much appreciated

Look like no connection or something shorted.

Check:
1. install spacers between casing and motherboard?
2. both 24 pin and 8 pin power cables connected to motherboard?
