HELP PLEASE! Computer keep restarting with no error message

Dear Experts,

Currently using
asrock pro3-m bought last week,
was working fine today, suddenly it hanged with no BSOD
so i restarted the com.
but now it is unable to boot,
1st boot it will directly go to the bios screen,
checked my boot priorities
after restarting, it will just keep restarting, not even able to go bios screen.

so i thought my hdd crashed, got a ssd and reinstalled win7 with no issues.
however when going to desktop, it crashed again, with no error message.
and every thing back to square one.

Current situation:
when on, unable to boot, just keep starting and restarting.

Items checked:
Interchanged ram,
psu,
install fresh copy of win7
unplugged every thing and tried to boot outside of casing with no avail

Experts please kindly help advise.....

the last time I get random restarts also.
couldn't figure out no matter what methods I use.
finally I fixed it... turns out is my restart button on my casing is jammed.

I almost fainted. LOL.

check ur hard disk in other pc.

could be a faulty mbo also.


try with ont stick of ram ( test 1 by 1)

I tried ram piece by piece already. Still not working.
Hard disk Working fine in another pc
Dont think is the restart button as I took out the whole mobo and try to boot outside the casing
Any more ideas ma? :/
