[help please!] Macbook Pro Microsoft Outlook

Hi guys,

My email (used to be hotmail, now become some outlook web app thing) (let's call this A) is synced to my microsoft outlook (let's call this B).

In the past, whenever I delete my email in A or B, the other side will be updated automatically.

However now, when I delete a mail in A, B will be updated. But when I delete a mail in B, A will NOT be updated. Any ways to make the "server" or A be updated automatically whenever I delete the mail in B?

I will really REALLY appreciate any help / advice. Thanks!!!

imap is now available for outlook.com users!!!



mac users using apple mail app who wanna setup email accounts for outlook.com, live.com or hotmail.com, can now use imap setting! so syncing throughout macs shld be like any other imap mail services.

firstly, make sure u remember yr password before deleting yr existing pop3 mail account setup.

- create a new mail account and fill in yr necessary user/pwd info.
- do not click the [continue] straight away. if u do, juz use the [go back] button. most ppl make their mistake here.
- wat u shld do is hold down the <option> key and then click [continue]
- u will be presented a choice to setup pop or imap

there's a few ways to do it with desktop mac mail client. one trick is enabled/disabled an email account without deleting any. running pop3 and imap on the same email account will spring out some error message.

can't really advise because me unclear of the question.
