Am using the Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3 and from what I understand, it doesn't support UEFI and stuff.

What is the decent/recommended gaming motherboard around here. I am looking out to those types that are price vs performance friendly.

Don't want to spend too much. Just want to OC my computer to 4-4.3GHz.

At least 2 USB3.0 ports.

Drives my SSD to full usage.

Any suggestions?

no point wasting money. your board will OC just fine.

your board has 2 usb3 ports and 1 internal usb3 header for front panel usb3.

your board has sata3 also.

You really think so? I thought UEFI would have capabilities to push my SSD speeds as I don't 'SEE' R/W at 500+MB/s.

Your setup is already very good. No need to upgrade. If want to upgrade wait for haswell.

Nobody. I just read around.

How do I OC my system to stay static at 4.3. It keeps going from 1-4GHz.

This meant to be a power saving feature implemented by Intel. I dun see the need to off it.
If u want, it is under the Intel c-state.

Thanks. Just thought that if it drops to low GHz it will "take time" to become faster :/ rather stay at fast all the time?

There isn't any delay. It immediately makes the clock speed fast.

If you want it to stay fast then disable all of power saving features in the cpu.
