Help recommending 2in1 laptop

Budget up to 3k, light gaming like dota, comfortable screen to look at for home based learning and movie/youtube etc. Basically looking at 16gb ram, at least 512gb disk space. Intel 11th gen i7, open to amd as well. Must be 2 in 1 form factor.

Shortlisted a few but undecided. Appreciate to get some advice from bros here.
High range
1 lenovo duet 7i, concerned about the kickstand durability
2 lenovo yoga 9i, seems like the best, like the stylus storage very much, but not sure whether the screen is glaring or not.
3 asus rog flow x13, spec seems a bit dated? But seems to have lots of intangibles for it like better thermal system? The laptop frame seems quite durable based on me touching in the shop. Also it's amd with 1650 graphic card, should have better performance than iris xe?

Mid range
4 lenovo yoga 7i, seems more valued for money than asus rog flow x13 and yoga 9i, but concerned about the laptop frame and structure durability vs the top range.
5 hp envy 360, just have a soft spot for this due to the pretty design and price point. open to both amd and intel variant, but also concern about durability.

Open to other suggestions as well. Not looking at dell cause no actual products at shop for me to try. Zenbook flip looks interesting, but it seems to be selling at a discount vs its competitors like hp spectre / xps 360 / yoga 9i, which make me wonder why or whether there is any catch I am not aware of?

I am also concerned whether the high range one would be overkilled?

I'd stay away from Lenovo products after my 2 in 1 Flex 5 broke down in 7 months with light usage. Reason was a faulty mobo - turns out Lenovo has a very bad track record when it comes to their mobo. Warranty service was horrendous. With premium care which promises next day onsite service/repair, it's now 1.5 months counting and I'm still waiting for my 1-1 replacement from the Singapore Hub. Their SOP is piss poor and even though their products are really cheap, I'd steer clear away just for this sole reason.

However, if it still doesn't deter you, I'd go ahead with the Lenovo 9I.

I'm looking to switch to Dell XPS or HP Envy after my replacement comes in (probably sell it). Asus Zenbooks' pretty much stellar in terms of their design and build quality, but common feedback is their cooling is not really the best.

As for stylus silo, yes. In terms of market segmentation, the Thinkpad X1 series is targeted at the top senior management in large corporations. They wouldn't want to sacrifice build quality, stability, style and functionality: a USB port sacrificed to hold a stylus with a flimsy clip will not be accepted by C-suite folks while travelling on business.

The Envy is good if you want the Ryzen integrated graphics for light gaming. I don't see much value in spending extra to buy an i7 over an i5 / Ryzen 5 for a thin-and-light laptop because any CPU bottleneck will be due to the cooling system rather than the CPU speed.

Met my personal requirements:

i7 10th-gen core - though not the latest 11th-gen, as long as can handle my Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator usage, I am ok. I don't do much video editing anyway.

touchscreen - not for haolian about the technology. I really draw a lot. And drawing in photoshop with a stylus is more natural-looking than with a mouse.

stylus - again, more for illustration purpose. And out of all the laptops with styli, this one is rechargeable. As somebody who has experience in using a stylus using battery, let me tell you, present styli uses AAAA batteries, which are friggin hard to find. Normal shops and even 7-ELEVEn also cannot find. So if you use halfway the pen no juice, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU.
The stylus not too heavy, shaped like a Staedtler pencil, the top part acts as a digital eraser! Pressure sensitivity, tilt support, really can draw like using a real pencil.

pen garage - I lost dunno how many styli already because there is no decent place to keep it (like Galaxy Note S6). So a place to keep it is very much appreciated. Lenovo provides an accessory for holding, but it is slotted into a USB port, making the port a waste. So no. ACER has, but the stylus is like aPDA stylus SLIM. Hard to draw on a toothpick. Scared will break halfway some more

16gb RAM - high enough to last me for a few years

512gb SSD - not exactly large, but hey, there is a microSD card reader slot, so I can easily buy a 256 or 512 microSD card as expansion. Strontium brand quite cheap.

300nits brightness, 100% RGB - out of all the convertible 2-in-1s, this is one of those with brightest screen. So doing graphic design is not an issue.

Dell Mobile Connect - like Huawei's Mutli Screen Collaboration, you can mirror your smartphone and use on the screen.

Thunderbolt 3 - basically my personal replacement for charger port because I hate bringing the huge laptop charger around.

Fingerprint reader and face recognition - for log in ease

webcam shutter - I don't use, but for those who have the delusion that they are super handsome or chio till people will wanna stalk you, no need paste ugly tape over the screen anymore.

The rest are all fluffs. 4K UHD though, is a drawback since it uses more juice. So if I am not charging my laptop, I dim my screen to conserve battery. Normal usage (including playing Maplestory), can play for 3 to 4 hours and the battery is still around 20-25%. If on photoshop, maybe 2hours plus minus?

And form and weight? Almost no different from a MacBook Pro Touch Bar version

But the down side is, it is 10th gen, not your expected 11th Gen.

Though probably by now you can get 11th gen varients with EVO, Iris XE etc specs.

I am also in same situation like yours and list is almost same as yours but have not pulled plug yet which one to buy.

I am having 15.6" Asus notebook now showing age (8yrs) , used this for office remote work since last year and comfortable with 15" .
Now i am considering to buy 2 in1 as i am want to use for upgrading myself with new computer skills ( note taking and programing software installed for hands on) .
I am confused between 15" and 14" , prefer 15" so can use it as work laptop (lot of screen for office work) and also note taking device for study ( i like to write as revision method) but what i heard is that 15" awkward to used in tablet and additional weight.

Most of the 2 in 1 I liked are 13" version which i feel good for note taking but smaller to use as office notebook.

Ah, yes... I almost considered a Yoga 7. Wanted to consider the 15" version, because it has a graphic card, but end up told the staff 15" as a tablet is a bit heavy and not very 1-handed friendly, so went for the 14" with graphic processor instead.

Was a bit hesitant about not having a holder for the stylus, but he assured me that there is a free accessory that holds the stylus via the USB port.

Initially I was ok, then when I realized the stylus needed AAAA battery instead of that USB accessory to charge the stylus, I told him it is a waste of USB slot since the holder is nothing but a normal attachment.

And this is how he recommended me the current Inspiron 7300 2n1 that I am using now.

PS Just went to google about the USB pen holder. Looks friggin ugly. And the plastic looks fragile.
If indeed easily breakable, imagine you accidentally knock the part against something hard, break already, the remaining plastic is stuck as a plug in the USB port no way to extract it.

1 thing you need to consider carefully if you are looking for mid-range 2-in-1s... The screen brightness is an average of 200nits... So you might wanna test the maximum screen brightness before making that decision.

I myself wasn't aware until I Googled around for reviews of the laptops I was aiming for.
