HELP!! S7 EDGE AUTO REBOOTING

Hi everyone. Need serious help here.
My S7 edge will randomly restart on its own and before it reboot, it will lag and hang for a few secs before the phone will auto restart.

I have tried using soft reset by clearing cache in the the backend in the event upgrade of firmware has some residue and just last night i did a factory reset but the phone still keeps booting on its own. and all these in the option for auto reboot was ticked as don't auto reboot.

Need expert help here!

What did you type then ?
Whatever... if there's a tick.... then remove the tick
If there is no tick, ... then click on the tick

If all your stubborn attempts failed, then no choice.... go to Service Centre lo...

restore to factory default try again could be a s/w you installed causing it.

i experienced this when i have two sim cards inside - both on & wifi is on. the auto reboot issue will come.

the rest of the time is ok. is yours the same situation?

Battery issue. I had mine replaced during the screen replacement. Reboot resolved

If you can easily replicate the reboot situation then go to the service centre... they'll sort it out.
