HELP! Second HDD cannot be accessed!

Hi all,

Recently my main HDD died so I bought a new HDD and installed windows7(was using vista previously). However after it's done, I can't seem to access my other HDD(all this while I've been using this 2nd internal hdd as data storage).

The HDD can be detected but it's shown as RAW and 100% free capacity which shouldn't be the case. I have at least 900gb of files inside. I have tried switching sata ports be it master or slave, it all gives the same results.
Can anyone please help with this?
