An SMS was send from my iphone to another number in my contact list. But i didnt type this message !!! In my phone it shows the message send to the person and that person's phone also show that the message was send from me..

My iphone is 4S. Jailbreak. ios 5.1.1

Is it possible my phone was hack?

yes, it is possible.
do monitor your usage, as yours is JB.

that was once, my phone automatic send sms to oversea, it does not even appear in my sms apps. i do not know what went wrong. tried uninstall a lot of apps/games, but no helps, even i off my internet connection also useless.

in the end, restore completely and the issue is gone.

I agree, restoring will fix it. I've heard so many stories of iphones turning into bricks because of jailbreaking.
