Most likely loan scam!
You will soon receive harassment and threatening calls asking you you return 100x the amount transferred or they will burn down your house.

Call your bank to inform them of the discrepancy. If you want to use the money, be prepared to squat in The Chalet. Money that does not belong to you and was transferred 'accidentally' into your account is NOT a yours to keep or spend. Jail time for sure if you use it.
