Why you use 2 ssd? Are you planning to use AMD storMI? Otherwise 1ssd + HDDs should be enough

Go for 3200 MHz RAM (cheap on Newegg).

Go for a B450 MAX board.

Go for a high speed ADATA M.2 instead of the slow WD Blue
