Is the intention to mount the TV on those pieces of wood on the sliders at the side? Can't just sit on the flat surface of the shelf? Sitting on the shelf is probably best.

That looks like it will be a DIY job to mount, however those sliders look like drawer sliders and would need to support at least 15kg to mount a TV 65" and above. 55" 10-12kg.

Rather than mount on the sliders, better to just mount directly to the sides with nuts and bolts using those common tv mounts that hook onto 2 typical metal rails for electrical components mounted to the sides using 2 strips of angle bars https://shp.ee/g4gfkrn you may need to cut or lengthen the rails with extra rails https://s.lazada.sg/s.btCTZ

You can mount the angle bars to the wood on the sliders but not sure if it can hold

Check the distance between the 2 metal rails of the mount you're buying, if the hole is large enough for the vesa mount to hang on the rails, fasten the rails across the hole to the sides of the shelf with the angle bars running continously from top to bottom at the sides in a single piece and hang the TV on the rails. To avoid the mount from breaking through the wood and falling out forwards, attach addition metal rails perpendicular to the angle bars so you can additionally screw it further in the shelf as reinforcement

https://s.lazada.sg/s.btyDIThis type can support 55" fully extended when mounted on a wall, not the back of a wooden shelf though. You can either get rid of the back panel or use a longer stronger wall plug through the wood and into the wall provided the arm is long enough for the shelf

If the arm is too short, add 2 strips of angle bar across the top and bottom halfway into the shelf, a metal rail down the middle and screw the mount onto the metal rail.
