Hi is my computer worth upgrading or should I just get a new one.I intend to replace my graphic card with a gtx 980 and get a higher watt power supply. However the question is will there be any bottleneck if I were to change my graphic card only?.

Your i7 2600k is almost equivalent to a i7 4770k but less power efficient. Best upgrade option is to change to gtx 970 or 980. No need to change psu, your current psu is more than enough for gtx980. No bottleneck issue.
