[Help] Weird game crashes

The problem started only today when I play CSGO. I was able to start the game and enter a match. The loading was fine but after like 2-3 mins of gameplay, the game just freezes with a black screen. After I force closed it with task manager, my browser starts to go wrong too. The screen starts to flicker and even goes off for a while(saw my monitor going into low power mode) but it switches itself back on.

After that, my browser look like this:

and is not responding(Have to kill it with task manager too).

Things I have done to remedy but with no success.
1) Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic (Thought my RAM is dying but no problems found)
2) Updated my GPU drivers but problem still persist

I ran an even more demanding game(Witcher 3) and the game runs perfectly fine though. I have no idea what is going on now. Running a full system virus scan now....

but my other games like Witcher 3 and Fallout 4(heavily modded) still running fine.....

Didn't hear any recent csgo game-crashing bug too. Or is it that my GPU doesn't want me to play csgo...
