same, i got 4 PCs (E8400, Q8400, Phenom II 955, i5-4690) running win10, no issue at all.

windows promised it will provide almost all the drivers for device that is cerf to run win 10 but it never promises it will provide all the drivers.

Chances are 99% of the users will have no issue at all.

There who running into issue will need to get the driver from their manufacturer or wait for win 10 to come out a driver.

If your device doesn't have a driver yet for the new OS, windows will fall back to it's own microsoft stack drivers. If still can't, then it wont be install.

TS, go dl DriverPack Online https://drp.su/index.htm and update your drivers. *remember to uncheck the "recommended softwares" u just want to update drivers.

just saying that win 10 works even on my 8 yrs old E8400 PC without issue, just need to update your drivers and u r good to go.

So solution is to upgrade to 1000W PSU?

Solution is to buy a USB Hub with Power Plug.

could be your usb is "merged" with your internal drives. check disk management and try to spot it from there, if found, might need to assign a drive letter. happened to me before. dont know if this will help u specifically.

did u get your drivers updates from DriverPack Online?

Thanks it works now.
The update drivers option in Windows 10 does not work properly, always say no new updates when there are.
