Help with 2.5k Pc Build

A giant tower cooler like a NH-D15 or Cryorig R1 (which I use) will rival a 280/360mm AIO. Only reason I picked it over AIO was for the 0% chance of leakage and total disregard for looks although my R1 looks better than a NH-D15. IMO if you plan on pushing the chip to 5GHz+- get an AIO or big air cooler, anything else wont suffice in our high ambient temperatures.

Pros:
Cheaper
Significantly less points of failure

Cons:
Harder to work with due to size ;)
"Uglier"
Potential clearance issue

Not tech guru why want to go for overclocking cpu?

Just go for normal cpu, get a 2080 and proper 3200mhz RAMs.

What r the VFM big air coolers?
I heard about cryorig F1 but price is quite high. What other options available?

Agree. Unless you really wanna try overclock then get Kchip or z board, can save a few hundred over there

Yes, actually after much thoughts, i do agree with it. And personally, i do prefer i7 rather than i5. Also, personally, i do prefer i7 9700 over i7 8700 as well.

So this is the current setup i have in mind.

Asus Prime B360M-A with i7-9700k - $795
MSI RTX2070 Armor OC 8GB GDDR6 - $799
G.SKILL TRIDENT Z RGB LED 2666MHZ CL18 ( 8GBx2pcs ) - $190
Cryorig R1 Ultimate Dual 140mm Fan/Heatpipe x7 -$139
Samsung 860 QVO SSD 1TB - $217.90
Seagate Barracuda 2tb - $85
SEASONIC M12II-MODULAR 620W - $115
FRACTAL DESIGN MESHIFY C TG - $145

Total - $2485.9

So my question now is:

1. if i will not be overclocking, should i still get such a big ass fan? or what fans would you all recommend?
So long as the cpu is able to tahan at 60+ deg i happy already.

2. Is the PSU 620w a bit of an overkill for this build?

3. Is Asus Prime B360M-A a good mobo? Although i think this Mobo can't support overclocking of CPU right? please correct me if i am wrong.

4. For this build, i intend to visit PC Themes at sim lim square. Anyone knows of their service and price? Read a lot of good reviews about this shop though.

A Cryorig H7 should do fine.
B360 no OC for your K series chip

Get an i7-9700 without the K. Save you some money and consider getting a 2080 instead. Or upgrade your RAM to a 3000mHz instead.

PC Themes is good. Look for Yilong.
