help with a SFF build

Hi everyone i am currently looking to build a SFF build somewhere around next week. can u guys check my list to see if i am missing anything or improvement in any area?

purpose is for gaming @ 1080p obviously.
no monitor/kb/Mouse/OS.
budget is around ~1200-1300 region.

Cpu + mobo msi b250 pro AC & i5 7500 464
cpu cooler cm geminII m4 55
ram 8gb ~ 99
hdd WD 2tb blue 99
ssd sandisk ssd 240 118
gpu geforce 1060 6gb ~ 400

total, ~1364

i assumed the node comes with a sf450 psu? if not i might have to rearrange abit.
what do u guys think?

Singapore's node 202 does not comes with psu. Also, node 202 has no space for 3.5 HDD.

Get fractal core 500. Bigger a bit but allows you to install 3.5hdd and aio cooling.

RAM: Kingston Valueram DDR4 2133MHz 8GB ($85)
PSU: Silverstone SFX 450W Bronze ($109)
SSD: PNY or OCZ 240GB ($119)
HDD: WD BLUE 1TB 2.5" ($91)
GPU: Palit Dual GTX 1060 6GDR5 ($389 via lazada before discount)
Addon: 2x 120mm fans for gpu compartment for better cooling and airflow (~$20 depending what kind of fan you getting, search around carousell)

TOTAL: $1372

Prices quoted from PC theme or otherwise stated.

Now is not a great time to buy gpu. So hold out on that first. Wait for qoo10 have better coupons maybe, then get a zotac twin fan gtx 1060 6gb for about $350 coz Palit dual is a tad louder during load.

Use stock fan for cpu cooler. Upgrade in future to a cryorig c7 for quieter operation and lower temp. Same as the ram, upgrade in future by adding another stick if 8gb became not enough.
