Is this SSHD makes significant improvement in performance?
What is the functionality of SSHD (in context to OS)as the capacity is only 8GB and can not install Windows OS in 8GB.

Which is better option ?

Improves speed by around 40-60%.
(Full ssd improves speed by 300-500%).

Go for HP at the moment their machine is much better and the follow up service is much better then lenovo. Performance SSHD is much better.
