When i power on my cpu, there is no display to the monitor. after a few minutes, the cpu restart by itself. Thought that the motherboard is the culprit but after rma it, the problem still persists. Isolated the hdd and ssd and re-sitted the rams but still the same problem. Any idea whats wrong??:(

my computer parts:

i5 2400 + biostar tp67b+
corsair gt 120gb ssd
wd 1tb hdd
andyson psu
msi hd6870
