Help with my 2 yr old cpu

When i power on my cpu, there is no display to the monitor. after a few minutes, the cpu restart by itself. Thought that the motherboard is the culprit but after rma it, the problem still persists. Isolated the hdd and ssd and re-sitted the rams but still the same problem. Any idea whats wrong??

my computer parts:

i5 2400 + biostar tp67b+
corsair gt 120gb ssd
wd 1tb hdd
andyson psu
msi hd6870

Maybe you can try changing the psu if you have a spare working set?

I dont have any spare parts. The motherboard light lights up and gfx fan spinning. so confirm is psu? if yes then i go rma

Happen to me once, rma psu and main board, finally found that CPU processor faulty!
