Help with parts

Hi guys, i have purchased some components from Lazada which is below but still left some components that i did not purchase yet:

Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866 CL10 1.5V DIMM (Red) - Desktop Memory - $175 (Lazada 50)

MSI GTX970 4GD5T OC (Armor Edition) – $409 (Lazada 100)

Corsair Carbide 300R Windowed ATX Casing + Corsair CX Series Modular CX600M ATX Power Supply + Corsair Air Series AF120 LED Quiet Edition High Airflow Fan Twin Pack – White - $188 (Lazada 50)

SSD
HDD
OS
MB+CPU combo

Can you guys advice me what to buy for this component which will go well with my other component? Should i wait for more Lazada offers or should i get it from a reseller in Sim Lim. Willing to wait for a cheaper option. Thanks!

SSD can get from Lazada. The rest from SLS or OS from somewhere *ahem* else...

Alright, but do you have any recommendation for the other items? I also heard the shops doesnt charge what is given in the online pricelist unless u are buying a full rig?

SSD Samsung evo or Crucial MX200 256GB.
HDD 3TB WD Green.
OS Windows 8 G2A.COM might have some left
MB+CPU combo MSI SLI PLUS with 4690K
