one of my ST3000DM001 1CH166 suddenly "died", free size became 3.86 gb so i sent it for rma at funan on Apr 29, then on May 2, i got their replacement disk shipped email. but until now , 7 days later, still haven't received it ?
how do you track it? although there is a tracking number in the email, and carrier is GEODIS-TL-GROUND , but don't know how to contact them, tried GEODIS website , tracking number is not valid
checked rma status online, it says carrier is UPS WWD EXPRESS SAVER, checked on ups site, tracking number is invalid ...
