Hi guys! I need help!!!!

I just bought my new rig a week ago. I use Biostar Z87x 3d mobo, but my computer often crashes. The monitor is frozen and keyboard mouse are not working. It happens even when I enter Bios. Is this the mobo problem? Do I need to go back to SLS to fix it?

Check your bios temp if possible at bios.

The temp is under 50. Around 40
