Buy second hand lor... you might be better off buying a larger computer monitor than a tv...

Otherwise, you can check out Mustafa for the cheaper China or India brands. Can also check out NTUC Extra... they may carry some unknown brands at 32 inches at may be just $200... sometimes less...
