Nope. The co-branded credit cards have signup bonuses, but: a) I don't know if there's a Hilton co-brand card in Singapore; and, b) just signing up to the loyalty program only gets you free wifi at Hilton hotels (though, that's not nothing!).

Or you might also be able to get a Hilton HHonors status match if you're an elite member of another hotel loyalty program. You have to call to ask for that, and it might be once per lifetime.

I’m on the gold fast track only need one more to complete. Will be doing one night this week. Wondering if can ask for breakfast during that stay since I would have completed the offer.

unlikely since the hotel can't verify whether you are on fast track or not.

It probably won't work, because your status doesn't kick in until you actually complete the stays that give you the nights you need (i.e. you've checked out and the nights have posted to your account).

I can only speak for Starriott, because I know them the best, but they tend to take about three days after checkout before everything posts to your account.
