Honeymoon to Mauritius

Hi all, i'm planning to go for my honeymoon to Mauritius on next year June 2015. Therefore i need some advice from any experts here. Should i wait for the NATAS fair next year or should i book via Air Mauritius website itself (flight and hotel) as seen on the attached pictures. Feel free to give me your opinions so that i can plan my budget and get the best deal.

Another routing would be SIN - JNB on SQ and then connecting to South African Air to Mauritius.

For hotels I would recommend the Sofitel So, it is really private. The St Regis is another excellent property but there were many more families with children hence I preferred my stay at the Sofitel So.
