I’m in the second month of HL after a surgery. I’m still been paid, however I’m wondering what will happen after the 60 days expires . Will I still be paid after that and will my 14 days MC be deducted subsequently. What is the MOM directive/protocol ? Additionally are PHs and weekends included in HL and MC numbers ? Anyone with similar experience or with HR knowledge can advise ??

MOM guidelines https://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/leave/sick-leave/eligibility-and-entitlement is only the minimum. so you should check with your HR...

depending on company policy, they may or may not have prolong illness leave, which might result in a reduction of your pay. If they don't have such leave, you might be required to go on No Paid Leave.

14 days MC is usually included in the 60 days HL.

HL and MC should be to cover work days. do you work on PHs and Weekends?

Is it usual practice for the 14 days MC to be included in the HL ?
The 60 days of paid hospitalisation leave includes the 14 days paid outpatient sick leave entitlement.

You won't be paid for no pay leave. And that is if you have no other leave to claim from upon utilizing all the relevant leave.

NPL in itself shouldn't learn to warning letter or termination. The question is about why too many.
