its a little into the lane.. coming down, there is a 7-11 opposite it.
hotel is newly renovated...
review soso only ...

read before one review, people mentioning that the hotel not so good .
first hotel is another hotel which is not clean ...
20years back, there was a big fire, many got burned inside ...
not a very "clean" hotel ...
so avoiding both first house and first hotel ...

Just now went to read their recent few reviews,
seems like they have improved ...
many good reviews based on past few ones ...

when i went bkk in feb i stayed citin. always walked by First House so thought this is a better location since nearer to main road.
walked pass citin pratunam before ...
the hotel is very inside the alley ...
more deep inside is le touche, pavilion, grand alpine ...
location is good many people mentioned in the review ...
