I have a gmail address, when trigger reset password, it goes to my Singnet email address which I long time (more than 5 years) never open.

I got call Singtel, they say my email address didn't migrate. But when my friend call handled by another agent, that agent said still see my existing Singnet email

How am I supposed to fix this?

Get ST to reset your password so you can access it?

Singtel agent helped me revert back the deleted singnet id by deleting the current id.
The Process should take 3 days. In progress now :s22:
