so we know in overclocking haswell is not so friendly compared to past CPUs - higher heat and similar speeds (10% diff) isn't a clear win.
curious to understand though if haswell not overclocked under stress (e.g. gaming) ? - does it achieve the same speeds but with less power, as its designed to?
in other words for the non-overclocker (if there is such a term), is the non-K Haswell a win over the non-K ivy's?
