All these people advising against it have primarily worked in RMA, Repair, or Analytics as professionals from this industry.
I've been in HWZ since 15 years ago. this is my 2nd ACC because I lost my first one. I also started to DIY PC like everyone, but I went to work professionally in this industry after enjoying the hobby. I joined three famous name companies and have experience in RMA, Repair, and Analytics in this industry.
From my own experience, I can tell you that the things learned while working professionally vs. DIY (reading online) are generally not the same. But both are useful in general, and people from one side usually lack knowledge from the other side.
I can confidently tell you that there is a lot of information is kept internally and not publicly known.

True, those who are from service center/RMA department won't publicly disclose what they know or what
they think about certain products.
However customer have the rights to know whether are the products in market are good or not.
Especially when comes to gaming PC, cheap components like Lexar SSD are best to avoid.
Don't want to bad mouth certain brand which most should know starting with A__________.
PC configuration are build with cheap components but sell high.
To those who don't know anything about IT, the warranty will cover any issue.
However experience builders will know their configuration are sub-par and prone to issues.
I can easily name common brands used by builders, Tecware, Lexar, FSP, Zotac etc.
These brands are cheaper than others but there is a reason why is it so.
