How long does an iPhone replacement take?

I'm flying overseas tomorrow morning.
My iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Singtel set has artifacts on the screen (red artifacts).

So my questions are:

Do I go to Apple Resellers or Singtel?
And how long does it take for them to replace one for me?

singtel comcenter no more do service for apple, u shd go down to apple authorised service provider

If they cannot fix, they will give you a new(refurb) one in 10 mins

It is the waiting time that is killing.
I waited for 6 hours to pay $$ to get a crack screen ip changed
