Same, especially when I play games on phone. Or just surfing on phone.

I know it is bad. After awhile will pick myself sitting up again. Also because it is not comfortable.

Chiu can only keep reminding yourself and being conscious of your posture every second.

Quite a lot of people will do that tbh. Difficult to sit upright for long periods.
