How many times a week do u do stretching?

Office worker here. Quite sedentary lifestyle. Nowadays only when i remember or when i having pain then i do. It's like 4 times a week maybe. What about you?

Maybe 6 times a week, try to do it everyday if I can. But I am an active, competitive runner. Stretching is quite normal even on off-days.

Morning or evening do? Morning seems too rush, evening seems too tired.

I always do evenings. As tired as I am, I will still stretch. Helps that I do long distance running, so don't get tired as easily.

Might take a while to settle into stretching. Can watch youtube on how to stretch properly.





Don't really need much time, maybe 10+ minutes and you can stretch fully already.

Not really. But I try to be active with gym, swimming cycling and hiking . I find gym most useful for preventing injuries or pain

I think parenting is important. I have never seen my parents do stretching. That possibly influenced me as i never acquired the habit. One dead quite early, the other i rarely get to see after retirement.
