Morning or evening do? Morning seems too rush, evening seems too tired.Maybe 6 times a week, try to do it everyday if I can. But I am an active, competitive runner. Stretching is quite normal even on off-days.
I always do evenings. As tired as I am, I will still stretch. Helps that I do long distance running, so don't get tired as easily.

Might take a while to settle into stretching. Can watch youtube on how to stretch properly.
Don't really need much time, maybe 10+ minutes and you can stretch fully already.

Got tummy
