Noticed childcare teacher's job not easy cause kids r young. Underpaid and job is tougher than school teachers. Parents would inform teachers about this n that about their child teachers must take note of. Like not sweet from party pack. Food n skin allergy. Worst part is knowing the early releasement of child during non school hours. As child is young, common for parents to sign up activities during school hours. Some of the day Preschool teachers need to turn up during sat for organising parenting games with kids.

Handle not one but many kids for excursion trips lor. Young couple can't even handle their own child outside lor. Plan for graduation + festive programs ( dance , deco , games , music n coordination)



Naptime: not all kids zzz. Some would cry or not tired.

Must "enforce" n having a routine asking kids to drink water

Meal times: some kids r picky about food. They don eat or eat super slow. Teacher would have to feed them. Teach them dinning etiquette

Social & emotional: usually young kids like to complain , whining, must learn to turn takes , feel empathy & sympathy , recycling and etc....


If U really ask me which level of education is doing well. It is not primary school , secondary or poly.....in fact preschool has the best education for kids.

I highly doubt she would have been hired as a Chinese teacher in Singapore. Primarily taught by PRCs.

Their mandarin level is second to none and their accent is nicer
