I am looking to sign a second line but I want to avoid getting those "recycled" numbers and the possibility of their "baggage" that comes with it.

Is there any way I can make sure to get a brand new unused number?

My number I been using for past 20++ years and still got people keep calling my handphone looking for some weird guy.... until I tell them off each time they called... note same person same voice.. keep calling my number to look for some non-existent person... sometimes I suspect some guy play punk re-direct calls to my number.
