How to backup Notes?

Hi all, I just crossed over to Note II from iPhone. Using Easy Phone Sync I'm able to almost copy everything from iPhone to my new Note II but the notes in my iPhone are missing. Anyone has any idea how to get those notes I have in my iPhone to my Note II? Thanks.

I used the hard way. Sign up for Microsoft hotmail or live account if u do not have any. Then login on iphone (Microsoft one note from appstore). From iPhone, copy the note one by one to Microsoft one note. Then on your note 2, download, install Microsoft one note. There u go, your notes all in Microsoft one note. U can access either on ios, android or windows phones.
