How to buy T-bill using CPF-OA?

Recently DBS can open CPF investment account online, without queueing up at the bank.
And so I did. now the account is opened. but empty.
How to go about buying a tbill?

Do I need to do manual transfer from CPF-OA to DBS CPFIA, only then i can buy?
Or is it auto-debit when i make the purchase instruction?

oh interesting... they finally do the integration. hope other banks follow the same as well
