How to claim money for pre-enlistee Medical Checkup?

Hi guys, recently went to SGH orthopaedic under referral and had to get x ray for the back, the LOI supposed to cover costs for all this is it? In that case how do i claim money? Send in the receipt with the report ah?

Edit: okay im an idiot, had to give the LOI, doctor mistakenly took it
