How to extract files from iphone?

May I know how to extract the files (video, songs, pictures) that have been synced into Iphone?


Btw, I am not referring to the picutres or videos taken using the iphone; am referring to those that were transferred into it.


I recalled there's some free softwares (was it something Monkey) to do the job.

U direct transfer into your iPhone? I don't think that's possible to do that. U must be transfer into the particular app.. If yes, plug with iTunes n go to app, scroll down u can see app with data file
