How to remove notification

Can anyone please help to advise how to remove the notification in circle because this is very noisy and irritating when it keeps popping up? Thanks

go to adblockplus under my filter list section, add the following filter rule

forums.hardwarezone.com.sg###hwz_ad_notice_cont
